Our fourth and biggest year yet closed out this May with
MINNESOTA TANGO MUSIC FESTIVAL 2025!
A showcase concert at Parkway Theater and three milongas featuring 45 local tango musicians, special guest Alex Krebs (Portland) teaching classes all weekend, and collaborations with our friends at Bataclan Tango Minneapolis.

Community Tango Ensemble
Our central and flagship tango orchestra open to all levels and instruments, beginners welcome. Community Tango Ensemble holds no auditions and plays fully-notated scores. Learn the basics of Argentine tango music and enjoy a large ensemble experience.
Northwoods Ensemble
Audition-based smaller ensemble for local musicians interested in deeper and faster study of the style and substance of tango music.
Kingfield Ensemble
An invitation-based group of professional musicians studying the style and character of iconic tango orchestras and modern composers.
